& User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and Million88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the million88 website located at https://million88.cam and all associated services, features, and content provided therein.

By creating an account, accessing the website, or placing any wager on the million88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, along with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the million88 platform and close your account if one has been created.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and maintain an active account on million88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your account remains active.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any national or regional self-exclusion register that prohibits you from accessing gambling services.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Million88 employee, affiliate, or service provider where such participation would represent a conflict of interest.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the lifetime of your account.

Million88 reserves the right to refuse account registration or to suspend and close any existing account where these eligibility requirements are found not to have been met, including where information provided is subsequently found to be false or misleading.

Each individual is permitted to hold a maximum of one (1) registered account on the million88 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of any outstanding balances.

Upon registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: a valid email address, a unique username, a secure password, your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Million88 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to secure your credentials.

As part of our KYC compliance obligations, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (Malaysian IC — MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within three months);
• A selfie photograph holding your identification document;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of your registered e-wallet account).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in restriction of withdrawal access until documentation is provided and approved. KYC review typically takes 24–48 hours from the time complete documentation is received.

Million88 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Malaysian users: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and RHB among others), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer.

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts will be declined or, where processed, returned to the original source pending investigation. Any attempt to circumvent this requirement may be treated as a violation of these Terms.

Million88 does not charge platform fees on deposits. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility. Cryptocurrency deposits may incur network fees payable to the blockchain network, which are separate from and not controlled by million88.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through your account dashboard, subject to the conditions set out in this section. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise specified. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method verified as belonging to you.

Withdrawal processing times vary by method:

• E-Wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): Typically processed within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions.
• DuitNow / FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB): Typically processed within 5–15 minutes.
• Direct Bank Wire: Typically processed within 15–60 minutes.
• USDT TRC20: Subject to blockchain network confirmation times, typically 15–30 minutes.

Million88 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) the account is under investigation for suspected fraud or breach of these Terms; (c) there are outstanding wagering requirements associated with bonus funds in the account; or (d) the withdrawal request triggers enhanced due diligence obligations under applicable anti-money laundering procedures.

Million88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral rewards, and loyalty tier benefits. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which may include wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds requirements for sports betting bonuses.

General bonus conditions applicable to all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible offer per account, per household, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is specified in each offer's individual terms.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and cannot be gifted, sold, or otherwise exchanged between accounts.
• Million88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice.
• If a User attempts to withdraw funds before meeting the applicable wagering requirement, million88 reserves the right to remove any outstanding bonus funds from the account balance prior to processing the withdrawal.
• Where a User is found to have exploited promotional offers in bad faith — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or the operation of multiple accounts — any associated bonuses and winnings may be voided and the account suspended.

All bets and wagers placed on the million88 platform are governed by the rules applicable to each respective game or sports market, which are displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these general Terms, the game-specific rules shall take precedence for matters of gameplay and settlement.

Million88 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where:

• The bet was placed after an event has commenced or after the outcome has been determined, due to a technical or timing error;
• The bet was placed on incorrect odds resulting from a manifest error (palpable error), including but not limited to the mis-pricing of odds by a factor inconsistent with fair market value;
• Evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or any other form of corruption affecting the relevant sporting event is established;
• The bet was placed using a payment method that subsequently fails verification under our fraud prevention procedures.

All sporting odds and in-play markets — including those covering Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events popular among Malaysian bettors — are subject to change prior to acceptance of a wager. Bets are confirmed only upon receipt of a bet confirmation reference number.

Million88 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Users manage their gambling activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings. Once set, a limit cannot be decreased without a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period.
• Session Reminders: Notifications can be configured to alert Users when a specified session duration has been reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of the duration of an active gaming session.

Users of the million88 platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during the account lifecycle;
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform;
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform's gaming systems or sportsbook in a manner not intended for natural human gameplay;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other conduct designed to disguise the origin of funds transacted through the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any winnings obtained through exploitation of such errors may be void;
• Colluding with other Users, casino employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing behaviour toward Platform staff or other Users;
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to accounts belonging to other Users or to any backend system of million88;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that is illegal under the laws of Malaysia or your country of residence.

Breach of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances and bonuses, reporting to relevant authorities, and civil or criminal legal action as appropriate.

All content, software, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, databases, and other intellectual property available on or through the million88 platform ("Platform IP") is owned by or licensed to Million88. Platform IP is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No User may reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform IP without the prior written consent of Million88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Million88 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, howsoever arising;
• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of Platform services, including where caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance;
• Technical failures, server errors, network interruptions, or data transmission failures outside our reasonable control;
• Losses arising from a User's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials;
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking systems, or blockchain network conditions.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit Million88's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Million88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a User's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other Platform policy;
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the User;
• Identification of the User on a national or regulatory self-exclusion register;
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more;
• Any other circumstance in which continued account operation would, in Million88's reasonable assessment, pose a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to the Platform.

Upon closure of an account for reasons not attributable to User misconduct, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of bonus funds and any amounts subject to ongoing investigation) will be returned to the User via the original deposit method, subject to KYC completion.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days.

Million88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide Users with reasonable advance notice, which may be delivered via: (a) a prominent notice on the Platform homepage; (b) a message to the email address registered to your account; or (c) an in-platform notification upon login.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

The current version of these Terms, including the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page, shall prevail over any prior version.
